Check, in order:

1. Runtime/service health.
2. Network/DNS connectivity.
3. Model availability and identifier.
4. AiX endpoint/model configuration.
5. Authentication for external providers.
6. CPU/GPU/NPU memory and capacity.
7. Timeout/context-limit errors.
8. AiX and runtime logs.
